Onzane is the app that you can use for free so that you can live the day to day of your Community of Neighbors (HOA). Among other features, it allows:
- Access to documentation: it offers a public repository and a private one for each neighbor where all Community documents can be stored, such as regulations, insurance policies, meeting minutes, etc.
- Receive communications: the Administrator of the property or the President can send communications to all the neighbors, who will receive a notification on their mobiles with the notice and will be able to view them, with their attached documents.
- Make Reservations: residents can reserve the common areas of the Community in accordance with its rules. You can configure the hours of the facilities for each day of the week, make blocks, allow reservations with or without capacity, maximum reservations per day or during the days in advance, pay per reservation, etc. It is so flexible that it even allows the reservation of facilities resources (divisions thereof, for example tables in a room) individually.
- Manage Incidents: residents can report to the Administration incidents that occur in it, adding photos and videos along with the text. These incidents may change status and will be finally resolved, with the neighbor who opened it receiving notifications on his mobile of each change.
- Conduct Surveys and Votes: it is possible to configure a survey to find out the opinion of the neighbors. Single and multiple surveys can be defined, for example to decide the color to paint the façade, or the opening date of the pool in summer.
- Establish a Forum: a place where neighbors can add notices, requests or other communication needs, always prioritizing their privacy, without having to provide personal information such as telephone numbers.
- Manage Budgets: for those common expenses, residents can provide special offers that will reach the administration in a transparent manner.
- Carry out Procedures: the most common procedures of a Community in a simple way. Change the account number, or contact information, request certificates or request permits, in a single place, with notifications to your mobile, of your status.
- Parcel Management: in those Communities where there are concierges who can receive packages, they will be able to notify the neighbors through a notification on their mobile phones that packages have arrived at their property that they must pick up.
- Show Useful Information: in a single place all the useful information for residents appears, with telephone numbers and contact emails. For example, the data of the concierge, maintenance people, emergency services, etc.

All these functionalities are designed for life in a Community, taking into account questions such as these:
- Wallet for each property, which residents can recharge from their community fee or using a bank card, and allows them to pay for the use of facilities or any other service provided by the Community.
- Neighbors self-manage each property, they can create other owners, cohabitants and tenants who are assigned to their property and share its resources, such as reserves or the wallet.
- Privacy: no personal data is shown in the App, and the other neighbors do not have to know the phone number or name of the rest.
- Tenant control: permissions can be established at the Community level on the functions that tenants can access.
- Multi-language: the app allows you to easily change your language.
- Time zone: takes into account possible time zone differences to establish dates and times.
